Brenda is an internationally certified Stress Adviser and Stress Coach, Relaxation Therapist, Performance Coach and trained in Cognitive Therapy which looks at Emotional healing.
In her work and meetings with persons who require assistance, she shares some of the things on her heart. Her conversations range from personal experience with Stress and how she learned to Cope, to things like Having the Right Self Image, Walking in Confidence, Overcoming Negative Emotions, Getting Optimum Performance out of your Life and How to Overcome Challenges in Marriage. Brenda believes that by encouraging others to be the 'Best You', she is helping them to be challenged to live more successful lives.
Persons who can benefit include the elderly and persons of varying ages since the message is not necessarily age-restrictive. Some speaking events can take the form of an afternoon tea, brunch, lunch or a simply light-hearted time just hanging out.
