We take pride in providing you with the highest quality product, using only the best quality thread and materials, and your garment will be thoroughly checked and inspected before it is shipped. Please understand that every item you see here is one of a kind and entirely handcrafted just for you and to fit only you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns nor grant refunds.
Terms & Conditions
The garments on this website are not ordered from stock, but are custom made for each individual. Works displayed on this site are for example purposes only. All garments are made to order. To purchase an item or items, please complete the contact form and let us know the outfit(s) and designer(s) that you are interested in. We will then contact you and set up a personal consultation to discuss measurements, colors and pricing.
Only starting prices are listed and the price for each garment will vary depending on the complexity of the design and the size. Design complexity and size also determine the amount of time needed to complete each garment. All garments are hand made and will require 1-3 months to be completed (Please note, some more complex outfits with difficult patterns can be crochet up to 5 -6 month) . We require a 50% down payment to start a custom-made piece, and the rest prior to shipping. Once the final payment is received, we will ship the garment to you.
