FAQ's for Greece

Q. Do you have to be in the country a specified number of days?

A. When booking you do not have to be in the country a specified number of days

before or after the wedding, however the more the days you allow the better .For your

peace of mind allowing about 4-5 days before the wedding would be a good idea and

you will need to be here one day after the marriage to complete the legal documents.

Q. Where is the wedding ceremony conducted?

A. The ceremony takes place in the location of your choice in one of our preselected

romantic areas, unlike other agencies or tour operators that conduct the

service in the town hall which is no longer necessaryWhen you complete your

certificate of no impediment to Marriage, you will be asked to state where or

in which district you intend to get married. It is preferable to write the island

name e.g. ‘Zante, Greece’, rather than the specific location.

Q. Are the wedding locations determined by the packages you offer?

A. No, you can pick out any package, mix and match it with any wedding location

that suits you.

Q. There are only two persons in our group, what do we do for witnesses?

A. We can provide two witnesses for you.

Q. We have decided to get married in Zakynthos, but we cannot decide on what

package we want or the location. Is this a problem?

A. You do not have to decide upon a package or a wedding location now. The

important thing is to reserve/book your wedding date. All other orders and details can

be sorted out at a later time.

Q. Are these weddings legal and recognised in the UK?

A. Yes .These weddings are 100% legal. Weddings abroad are not mandatory to be

changing names on certain documents once you have received your English

translation of your marriage license. We will take you to the town hall for the

specified appointments and for your Greek Marriage Certificate.

Q. We are on a strict budget. How can we stick to it?

 A. We will provide you with ample choices covering all budgets. You can add or

delete options and tailor your wedding to suit your budget. We will advise you

how to keep costs down and stay within your budget.

Q. Do we have to stay in a specific resort that the wedding/reception will be?

A. You do not have to book your holiday and stay in the same resort that your

from the same airport.

the date, celebrant and ceremony. The amount is deducted from the final

wedding invoice. The amount of the security deposit varies and depends on the Q

of guests.

Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?

A. Yes, as explained in detail in our contract. Of course you can cancel your

wedding reservation any time you need to. Cancellation fees vary depending on
